GROW THE WHOLE ATHLETE.
EMPOWER THE COACH.

HomeGround helps coaches develop the whole young person — body, team, character and leadership. Coaches train first, then bring the program to their own athletes, with HomeGround beside them the whole way.

One program, every sport

ANY SPORT. THE SAME FOUR CIRCUITS.

The circuits work the same whether your athletes swim, shoot, spike or sprint. HomeGround is written for the young person in front of you, not for one sport.

Built for coaches

THE COACH TRAINS FIRST.

Before their athletes ever see a practice, coaches spend eight weeks training themselves — building the presence, language and tools to develop the whole young person.

How it works

THE 8+8 MODEL. FOUR F'S, TWICE.

Every stage runs on four short phases — each one an F. Coaches move through eight of them: four training themselves, four delivering with their own athletes.

STAGE 1Weeks 1–8

Train the Coach

Coaches train themselves first — weekly cohort sessions, bi-weekly mentor one-to-ones and a practicum in every phase.

The four F's — coach training
  1. FOUNDATION

    Weeks 1–2

Know yourself first — the coach's inner game.

  2. FLUENCY

    Weeks 3–4

Speak the language of the body and the group.

  3. FACILITATION

    Weeks 5–6

Hold the space instead of filling it.

  4. FORWARD

    Weeks 7–8

Get ready to deliver — with athletes, in real practices.

STAGE 2Weeks 9–16

Partner with the Coach

Coaches deliver one practice a week to their own athletes, run a 3–5 minute pre-practice check-in, and are supported by HomeGround huddles and Weekly Practice Cards.

The four F's — delivered with athletes
  1. FOUNDATION

    Weeks 9–10

Bring the first practice to your athletes.

  2. FUEL

    Weeks 11–12

Energy, recovery and the body as an instrument.

  3. FIRE

    Weeks 13–14

Pressure, mistakes and staying connected under load.

  4. FORWARD

    Weeks 15–16

Close the season and hand the tools to the athletes.

What athletes grow

FOUR CIRCUITS. ONE WHOLE ATHLETE.

BODY

Body Circuit

The nervous system is trainable hardware — composure is a skill, not a personality trait.

TEAM

Team Circuit

A team has one nervous system — coherence and collapse are physiological events, not just mood.

CHARACTER

Character Circuit

Character isn't complete until it's given away — an athlete who only receives development isn't yet whole.

LEADER

Leader Circuit

Leadership is reading a system before you're inside it, not reacting once you are.
